ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The 12-month full-time Advanced Diploma in Clinical Ultrasound programme is designed for healthcare professionals who wish to enhance their knowledge and clinical competencies in ultrasound imaging.
This programme is particularly suitable for:
- • Radiographers
- • Sonographers
- • Medical Practitioners
- • Diagnostic Imaging Professionals
Students will develop advanced theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical skills in ultrasound imaging under the supervision of experienced sonographers and academic specialists in Radiology, Medical Physics, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
The programme integrates:
- • Advanced ultrasound imaging techniques
- • Clinical case interpretation
- • Supervised practical training
- • Clinical placements in hospitals
*Classes are conducted in the evenings and weekends, offering flexibility for working professionals.
Candidates must fulfil ONE of the following:
- • A recognized Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with minimum CGPA 2.75 OR CGPA ≥ 2.5 with at least 1 year working experience in Medical Imaging
OR - • A recognized Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) with minimum CGPA 2.75 OR CGPA ≥ 2.5 with at least 1 year working experience in Medical Imaging
OR - • Other relevant professional qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Academic Board
Additional Requirements:
- • Meet English Language Requirement (TOEFL / IELTS / EPT / MUET)
- • Employment verification letter may be required
- • Internal interview may be conducted upon enrolment
