Yeoh Shu Ling is an experienced nurse and educator. She has over 28 years of experience in nursing of which 16 years was as clinical instructor and nursing lecturer. She has played an active part in being internal auditor for healthcare service as well as education institutions. SL Yeoh is currently the Acting Academic Head for IMC.

Ms Nor Azmizah Binti Mohamed has over 12 years of experience in nursing and teaching. She graduated as a Registered Nurse from the University Sultan Zainal Abidin, Terengganu in 2000 and began serving International University Hospital, Kuala Lumpur (HUKM) upon graduation until 2007. She has experience working in the general operation theatre specialising in eye, ENT and urology. During the time she also obtained her Bachelor of Nursing (Honors) from the University College Sedaya International, Kuala Lumpur (UCSI) in 2004. She joined University College Bestari, Terengganu in 2008 as a Nursing Lecturer and her love of teaching encouraged her further where she pursued and obtained her Teaching Methodology certification with the University of South Australia in 2009.
Ms Nor Azmizah later joined International Medical College (IMC) in 2012. With an interest to specialise in renal care, she then pursued her Post Basic in Renal Nursing Care certification with the University Hospital of Malaya (PPUM) in 2015. She also further enriched her renal nursing experience when working with the National Kidney Foundation Dialysis Centre, Petaling Jaya.

Having a keen interest in acquiring further knowledge, Thejasviny has experience of reviewing curriculum in perioperative nursing . She is also an Organising Committee Member of Critical Care Course.

Amarwathy is a Nurse Lecturer with over 28 years of teaching experience, classroom management and presentation skills, both in public and private nursing colleges. Her expertise lies in Public Health Nursing, Midwifery and Applied Nutrition.
Amarwathy has been a Programme Coordinator for the Basic Healthcare Certification Programme, a Trainer and Facilitator for Basic Life Support programmes for the paramedics and public. Adding to her accomplished and vast experience, she was also a Certified Vocational Instructor and Assessor for Skills Programme Malaysia (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia – SKM) for the Departments of Skills Development with the Ministry of Human Resource.
Amarwathy is motivated and inspired to support the learning environment, encouraging growth and enhancing students’ confidence along her journey of teaching and sharing her skills. She has a niche for Community Health encouraging women and children towards better wellness.
In her free time, Amarwathy finds stress release through music, grooming, movies and dancing.

With over 25 years of experience in general nursing and specialised nursing which include obstetrics, neonatology and infection control, she ventured into the field of education and has since developed the passion for guiding students to become job-ready graduates over the last decade.

Jamaliah Binti Hasabllah is a qualified nurse educator. She began her journey with the Kota Bharu School of Nursing graduating as a State Registered Nurse in 1989. She then joined the Subang Jaya Medical Centre 1992. While in service, she also completed her Certification of Midwifery Division 1 training in 1995 with Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, Klang. She continued her service with Subang Jaya Medical Centre for 12 years as Acting Manager for ENT & Gynaecology wards.
She further pursued her education and graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing Sciences (Teaching) from the University of Malaya in 2002.
Jamaliah is also a Breast Feeding Educator actively involved as a Breastfeeding Counselor with an NGO, the Persatuan Penasihat dan Pakar Laktasi M’sia. She has also trained OSH students from KLIA College, and CIDB staffs on first aid with the M’sian Red Crescent Society. She is passionate about First Aid and Rescue and continues to contribute to make a positive difference for the betterment of the First Aid education.

She is currently the Lecturer cum Clinical Coordinator at IMC Subang Jaya. Ummi Natrah Binti Ismail is a nurse lecturer at IMC, Ayer Keroh, Malacca campus. She has over 20 years’ experience in medical and surgical areas including Emergency & Trauma and Paediatric nursing.
Ummi is passionate in creating an interactive and engaging environment for her students’ learning. She believes these methods better allow students to learn and become competent, are empathetic and compassionate nurses. She is also a believer in lifelong learning and desires to upgrade the nursing profession the best way she can.
Ummi is a responsible and committed lecturer and prioritises students in guiding their academic achievements.
