Staff Nurse (Oncology Nurse), Gleneagles Hospital Singapore

Starting college, I was constantly anxious about falling behind and failing to measure up. However, by asking questions, seeking help, and staying determined to improve every day, everything shifted. Looking back now, the transformation from an uncertain junior to a confident senior is remarkable. I could not have reached this place alone—the unwavering support from friends and guidance from seniors made all the difference. I am deeply grateful for every challenge and connection that helped shape who I am today. Graduating from this nursing program gave me much more than a knowledge — it gave me the clinical skill, critical thinking, and confidence to make a real difference at the bedside. The hands-on training and dedicated faculty prepared me to step into healthcare with purpose and pride. I couldn’t have asked for a better foundation for my career.

Looking back, my time at IMU College has been filled with many valuable experiences and lessons. I’m grateful for the experienced lecturers and clinical instructors who guided, supported and encouraged me throughout my studies. The staff were also very supportive whenever I needed help. Although there were fewer resources for practical procedures during my earlier years, I noticed improvements over time, especially towards the end of my studies, with more equipment available for practice. The accommodation was also well-equipped and made student life more convenient. Overall, IMU College helped me build my knowledge, skills and confidence as I begin my nursing career.
