Course Description
The obstetric skills workshop is a one-day workshop which is designed for the participants to update their knowledge and an opportunity to have hands-on practice to some of the obstetric skills. It aims to provide a platform to gain knowledge and intensify obstetric skill practices. Enhanced skills promote confidence and autonomy among healthcare providers which would further increase client’s satisfaction and improve overall experience of childbirth.
Course Objective
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
- To provide hands-on experience on some of the obstetric skills for quality obstetric practices.
- To reinforce pre-existing knowledge and skills on some of the obstetric skills.
- To encourage participants to reflect on their current obstetric practices within their organisation.
