
Course Description
The environment in which nurses work in providing care to patients necessitate the application of knowledge, skills, as well as experience in order to care for the various and changing needs of patients. No amount of textbooks learning or training can prepare one to take on this position. Mentoring is the key to bringing the change in the workplace and having a positive learning experience. Discover how to succeed in working across the generations and bridge the senior-junior gap. This workshop aims to enhance knowledge and skill on the Effective Mentoring in the Clinical Setting.
